So the other night I had a HUGE chocolate craving and I decided to make Salted Coconut "Bark". I had all 5 ingredients in my pantry, it took me 2 minutes to whip up and was ready to eat within 20 minutes (quicker than getting to the shops, smashing a block of cadbury's and feeling bad about it for the next 2 hours!)
This recipe is dairy free, refined sugar free and full of good fats and antioxidants. Perfect.
